Mrs. Kroneman Wins Golden Apple Award
by Amy Renwick on January 17, 2012
This morning was an exciting one for Mrs. Kroneman's 1st grade classroom. A KIMT newsperson came to interview Mrs. Kroneman and some students about her Golden Apple win. Mrs. Kroneman has taught at Northwood-Kensett for fifteen years, with the last eight being in first grade.
Both the students and Mrs. Kroneman thought that the reason she was nominated for this honor is her creativity. Mrs. Kroneman enjoys doing hands-on, creative projects with kids to enhance their learning. Grady Buenzow and Peyton Shoger were just two of many 1st grade volunteers who were interviewed for the news clip. Look for it on the KIMT 3 news tonight. The link to the video will be posted once it has aired.
