Wednesday May 8th, was National Ride Your Bike to School Day. We encouraged your students to ride their bikes to school in honor of this day. We worked with Dennis Paulson from the Northwood Police Department as well as deputies from the Worth County Sheriff's office to provide bicycle safety to our elementary students. At the end of the day a drawing was held to give away a new bicycle helmet to a boy and girl student from each grade level (K-6), which have graciously been donated by local businesses.
Here are all of our winner! Two students from each grade were drawn to receive a new bike helmet!
Jessika in Mrs. Schaub's Kindergarten class won our grand prize. Congrats, Jesska!
