Registration 16-17
We are providing the ability to download registration forms online. You can fill them out on your computer or print them and fill them out by hand. To fill them out on your computer, you need a recent version of the free Adobe Reader program that can be downloaded from http://www.adobe.com/reader. To print out the forms, even older versions of Adobe Reader should work. Traditional registration is also available, in each school building, on Tuesday, August 9th from Noon to 8 pm.
Elementary conferences still need to be scheduled by contacting the elementary office.
You need to click on the forms listed (one at a time). After clicking on them, it will ask if you want to Save or Open the file. The best way to do it is to Save the file. Choose a place to save the file (like on your Desktop or Documents folder), then click Save. Do this for each file, and then go back to where you saved the files. Now, you can open them and either fill them out on the computer (then print them) or print them and then fill them out by hand.
Once you fill out the forms, you can either mail in the completed forms or bring them in on the regular registration day.
For payment, you can either mail in a check with your forms, bring payment with you to the traditional registration (with or without completed forms), or pay online using PaySchools.
PaySchools is a service that we provide so that you can make payments right from your home computer using a credit card or checking account.

If you have children in each school, please mail the forms for each school to the appropriate building. We will also require a separate check for each building (if you are not paying using Payschools). You can mail the forms to the following addresses:

Elementary Registration
The following forms are required only if you are either 1) a new preschool student, 2) new to the district, 3) have changes to make from last year's forms, or 4) if you are only mailing in the forms and won't be stopping in the office. If you have a returning student in grades K-6 and you are coming in to the office on or after the registration date, you will simply initial last year's forms that we still have filled out. This only applies to these first three forms (Fees, Registration Form, Parent Permission).
