STEM Field Trip to John Deere

NKHS Math Club took a STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) field trip Wednesday, May 2, to John Deere Manufacturing in Waterloo. Following a tour there, they went to the FMC (Floyd, Mitchell, Chickasaw) county landfill agency for a tour of their “trash” and how process works. A container of no longer useful calculator batteries was brought to them for proper recycling.
