Middle School Honor Band Update

Congrats to these three Vikings on their achievements in instrumental music!
Kamryn Backhaus, Kenny Conlin, and Christopher Madsen were selected for and participated in the NCIBA Middle School Honor Band in Algona on Saturday.
While there, Kenny Conlin was selected as 1st trombone for the All-Iowa 8th Grade Honor Band that will be held in May as part of the Iowa Bandmasters Convention. This is the equivalent of All-State for 8th Graders; only two trombones and one alternate were selected!
