Tips
Keep your laptop away from food and drinks. IF something would ever spill on it, turn it off right away, and leave it off until you can have me look at it. It is much more likely to do damage if you have it on with liquid in it.
Never close the lid of your laptop with anything in it. Always close your lid slowly and make sure nothing is going to get closed in it. If anything is closed in between your laptop screen and keyboard, the screen will likely break.
Charge your laptop every night. If you know that it always stays charged for the whole school day, leave the charger at home.
JMC Passwords
Usernames and passwords are now case sensitive. Before July 1st the system did not require/recognize case sensitive username and password. JMC used to ignore whether or not a letter was capitalized, but now it will reject passwords that don't match password in JMC as entered by the office. The username is your (parent) last name. Password is whatever you indicated when you signed up for JMC access. You can also click the "Forgot your password?" link at the bottom of the access/login page to have it reset or to set up a password if you have never used JMC parent access before.
JMC Online Payments
You can add lunch money right through JMC. After you log im, just click Lunch (on the left side list of links). There is a link on top for "JMC Online Deposit" to add funds.
To pay for fees or bills, click on the Tuition/Fees link (on the left side list of links). It will show what you owe and let you pay on the bill.
