What does my membership give me access too?

A paid annual membership or daily pass provides access to and includes:

  • Indoor Track (Approx. 11 laps = 1 mile)
  • 2 Full Length Basketball Courts (with Volleyball Standards Available)*
  • Weight Lifting Area
  • Cardio Fitness Area (Treadmills, Stationary Bikes, Elliptical Machines and more)
  • Wrestling Room*
  • Men’s & Women’s Locker Rooms for community use (showers available)
  • Synergy Physical Therapy consultation/appointments
  • 30x40 Multi-Purpose Community Room with attached Kitchenette*
  • Staffed front reception desk
  • Free parking at the main (south) entrance of the facility

*Reservations and rental fees apply for the use of:

  - Courts for recreational basketball/volleyball leagues & teams

  - Multi-Purpose Community Room and/or kitchenette

  - Community use of Wrestling Room

 

What forms of payment are accepted?

Check, debit card, credit card, or cash are accepted.

 

How do I renew or cancel my membership?

Memberships automatically renew on an annual basis, based on the expiration date of your current individual Membership Agreement. If you do not wish to renew, or want to cancel your membership at or prior to your membership expiration date, you must submit written notice via a cancellation letter/cancellation email to Jordan Reindl, Facility Operations Manager.

 

Can I get a refund if I cancel my membership?

Memberships are non-refundable except for medical and health conditions, deployment, or extraneous circumstances with written verification. To cancel a membership, you must submit written notice via a cancellation letter/cancellation email to Jordan Reindl, Facility Operations Manager. Your cancellation request will be individually reviewed regarding any potential pro-rated refund.

 

Can I bring a guest with me if I am a member?

Guests are welcome at the facility! They would simply need to pay the Daily Pass fee of $10 per visit.

 

Are lockers available?

Lockers are available for use during a visit. It is the patron’s responsibility to clear out a locker after each visit. If contents are not removed, consent is given to facility staff to remove and dispose of the locker contents at closing time. A $5 storage and retrieval fee will be charged to reclaim cleared locker contents.

 

Where do I park?

Free parking is available at the south-facing main entrance of the facility.

 

How do I reserve a court?

Courts can be reserved through the Facilities Request System.

 

How do I reserve the Multi-purpose Community Room?

The Multi-purpose Community Room and/or kitchenette can be reserved through the Facilities Request System.

 

Is the facility 100% handi-cap accessible?

Yes! The facility is fully ADA compliant with an elevator to the second floor.

 

Do you offer personal training?

At this time, personal training is not provided. Upon establishing a membership, you will be provided a complete hands-on orientation of the facility and equipment. Staff is always happy to answer any questions you may have.
